Statement
On an irregular corner plot with dual road frontage, the building negotiates transparency and protection. A double-height glazed public volume announces the retail programme to the street, a solid ACP-clad mass buffers the harsh south-west sun, and a dark service spine organises movement. Rhythmic vertical fins shade the glazing while giving the composition a clean, contemporary order.

Design Strategy
A corner plot with dual frontage and excellent visibility informs a double-height glazed corner that establishes the retail identity within a low-to-mid-rise neighbourhood.
A central vertical core serves all showroom levels with universal lift access, while an independent basement ramp keeps service and parking clear of pedestrian movement.
An orientation-driven façade opens the north-east to daylight and closes the south-west with insulated mass, vertical shading fins and a deep entrance canopy.
Unitised glazing, neutral-tone ACP, timber-finish vertical fins and a dark louvred service screen are grounded by granite-clad steps and plinth.
